Setting up a WhatsApp chatbot in Chatbot-X will be simple and straightforward:
- Create a WhatsApp ChatBot: Navigate to the ChatBots section and select "WhatsApp" as your chatbot type.
- Configure Your Phone Number: Enter your business WhatsApp number and customize your default greeting message.
- Embed on Your Website: Use the same familiar embed code – just specify your WhatsApp chatbot name.
- Start Connecting: Visitors will see a WhatsApp icon instead of the regular chat widget, and clicking it opens a direct WhatsApp conversation.
